We work on all maintenance and spare part replacement services, at clearly defined prices, in advance, under the conditions described in the contract.
The management of the after-sales service is fully computerized, which allows us to identify and list each product to ensure the follow-up and the efficient accomplishment of our mission.
Subscription to the UNIFEU maintenance service entitles you to periodic annual inspections including checking, recharging if necessary, and replacement of spare parts that are wearing out.
The subscription price includes, in addition to the unit and overall price of the verification operations, the amount of spare parts and the fixed session costs, according to the rates in force.
The subscription provides for at least one annual check, according to the regulations.
The service provided under the subscription to the package does not include the
reconditioning or standard exchange of fire extinguishers or other equipment that may prove necessary.
UNIFEU undertakes to ensure preventive and / or corrective maintenance of the equipment (s) according to the defined framework.
Maintenance is not to be confused with periodic general regulatory or voluntary checks, nor with regulatory compliance.
Maintenance will be carried out by specialized technicians accredited by UNIFEU. A technical sheet will be affixed to the equipment where the intervention date will be indicated.
A detailed verification report is systematically issued to inform you of the condition of your equipment.
In case of emergency, or for your troubleshooting requests, our technical assistance guarantees you an intervention within 48 hours.
